We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, meeting contractual obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Retention periods vary with the type of information, the mortgage transaction or service involved, our contractual obligations and applicable law. These may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to ask questions about how it is handled.
Certain privacy laws contain exceptions for financial institutions or information governed by the GLBA. Whether a particular right applies therefore depends on the law that applies, the type of information involved, and the capacity in which we hold it.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To protect personal information, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request. What we need for verification depends on the nature and sensitivity of the request. We may decline or limit a request where we cannot reasonably verify identity, where an exception applies, or where we are permitted or required to keep the information.
If your information was provided to us by a mortgage broker, lender or other financial institution for which we act as a service provider, we may direct your request to that institution or coordinate with it as appropriate.
You may also contact us if you believe information we keep about you is inaccurate and would like to request a correction.
