Extension details
Extensions are priced by the lender and can't be undone once placed. A lock can't expire on a weekend or federal holiday — a 1-day extension requested on a Friday effectively extends the lock 3 calendar days.

By selecting “I have read and agree,” I authorize Local Processing LLC to perform rate-lock related services on my behalf based on the pricing, lender, product, lock period, loan terms, and instructions provided or approved by me. I understand and agree that I remain responsible for all pricing and lock decisions and for reviewing the accuracy of the requested lock. Local Processing makes no representation, warranty, guaranty, or assurance regarding pricing, rate availability, lock execution, lender acceptance, lock expiration, profitability, compensation, or financial outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I assume the risk of any pricing error, incorrect lock, missed or delayed lock, extension cost, relock cost, market movement, pricing concession, loss of revenue, loss of compensation, or other financial loss arising from or related to rate-lock services and agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Local Processing LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any related claims, losses, costs, or liabilities, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be waived.
